Colne Valley Museum
Housed in three restored weavers’ cottages in Golcar, the museum portrays the life of cottage textile workers in the 1850s. The working exhibits include looms and spinning wheels and they are frequently demonstrated by volunteers who have learned the skills of spinning and weaving.
